Estate and Trust Administration

For decedent's estates, whether it is a probate estate or a trust administration, we assist our clients from start to finish.  This includes filing of all necessary probate documents, preparation of inventories, preparation of required trust and estate accountings, filing of estate and trust (fiduciary) income tax returns, and distribution of assets.
